Delivery Methods
CITA SANTEHNIKA online store offers the following ways for customers to receive purchased goods:
You can pick up your order at our Rīga store located at Gunāra Astras iela 8 during the following hours:
Mon-Fri: 9:00-19:00 / Sat: 10:00-18:00 / Sun: 10:00-16:00.
The product will be available for pickup at the store within 2-3 business days (from the time of payment), with delivery times subject to change in certain cases (please follow the information in your profile), provided that the product is in stock. After placing your order, you will receive information about the delivery date of the goods to schedule pickup. Please remember that orders from the store must be collected within 7 business days to avoid additional charges for storing the goods. After this period, a storage fee of 2.00 EUR/day will apply.
In some cases, especially during holidays and/or for large orders, delivery may take longer.
Please note that the shipment will only be handed over to the recipient specified at the time of purchase.
Delivery is carried out on weekdays from 9:00 to 18:00 (It is not possible to arrange a specific delivery time, but the courier service staff will contact you before delivering the goods). Delivery is made only to the front door of the house; we kindly ask customers to arrange for the items to be brought into the house (apartment) themselves. When choosing delivery by courier, your purchased item can be delivered within 3 – 5 days after the payment has been received in our account, provided that the item is in stock.
In some cases, especially during holidays and/or for large orders, delivery may take longer.
Please also pay attention to the following conditions:
- Additional charges may apply for non-standard sized shipments, which you will see when selecting the respective courier service.
- There is a weight limit of no more than 75kg for Omniva courier deliveries.

Orders are delivered within 2-3 working days if the item is in stock. The delivery terms for parcels are as follows:
- The total weight of ordered goods must not exceed 30 kg, and the dimensions of the packaging box must not exceed 38x64x39 cm.
- The delivery fee for any parcel locker in Latvia is 5.00 EUR.
- Upon placing and payment of the order, you will receive the item within the next 2-3 working days.
- Once the parcel is placed in the terminal, an SMS with a unique code will be sent to your designated mobile phone. Entering this code into the terminal system will automatically open the locker door containing your parcel.
Delivery may take longer during holidays or for large orders.
Delivery is carried out on weekdays from 10:00 to 18:00 or on Saturdays from 10:00 to 16:00 (specific delivery times can be arranged to suit you). Standard delivery is only to the gate/front door of a private house or the main entrance door of a multi-story building*. However, delivery to the door of your multi-story apartment building can be arranged upon request**.
*Subject to road traffic regulations, road conditions, and dimensions permitting.
**Service fee ranges from 2 to 7 euros per floor depending on the weight and dimensions of the item.
Your purchased item can be delivered to you within 3-5 days from the date when the payment is received in our account, provided that the item is in stock. Delivery may take longer during holidays or for large orders.
For delivery with CITA SANTEHNIKA truck to your specified address, please refer to point 3.
Products from www.CITASANTEHNIKA.lv can be ordered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
**IMPORTANT**
- Upon receiving your purchase, you must present a valid identification document.
- Before accepting the item and signing the delivery note in the courier's presence, visually inspect the external packaging of the product!
- Make sure to keep the delivery receipt for warranty service.

PRODUCT RETURN
4.1. The Buyer has opened the packaging of the goods, which cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons (the list of non-returnable goods is available below).
4.2. The Buyer has used the purchased item for a purpose and to an extent other than necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods;
4.3. The goods have been damaged/altered after delivery of the Order to the Buyer (or the Order recipient).
4.4. The price of the goods or services depends on financial market fluctuations that the seller or service provider cannot control and that may occur within the withdrawal period;
4.5. The goods are made according to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
4.6. Special order (goods that were not in stock, and the Seller did not plan to make them but ordered them from its suppliers directly at the request of the Buyer);
4.7. The goods have irreversibly mixed with other items due to their properties after delivery;
4.8. The consumer has requested the seller or service provider to come and perform urgent repair or technical maintenance work. If the seller or service provider, upon arriving at the consumer, provides additional services or supplies goods that are not necessary spare parts to perform repair or technical maintenance work, the right of withdrawal applies to these additional services or goods;
4.9. Goods marked as "sale" items.
4.10. If the consumer's sealed packaging or vacuum packaging is torn or opened; if any additional label is removed; if, for health and customer protection reasons, it is not possible to determine that the goods have not been used;
SPECIFIC GOODS PURCHASED ONLINE THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED:
Remember! You are responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the withdrawal period! Therefore, it is recommended to handle the product carefully and to open its packaging cautiously.
