Delivery Methods
CITA SANTEHNIKA online store offers the following ways for customers to receive purchased goods:
1. RECEIVE YOUR PURCHASE at Gunāra Astras iela 8, Rīga
You can pick up your order at our Rīga store located at Gunāra Astras iela 8 during the following hours:
Mon-Fri: 9:00-19:00 / Sat: 10:00-18:00 / Sun: 10:00-16:00.
The product will be available for pickup at the store within 2-3 business days (from the time of payment), with delivery times subject to change in certain cases (please follow the information in your profile), provided that the product is in stock. After placing your order, you will receive information about the delivery date of the goods to schedule pickup. Please remember that orders from the store must be collected within 7 business days to avoid additional charges for storing the goods. After this period, a storage fee of 2.00 EUR/day will apply.
In some cases, especially during holidays and/or for large orders, delivery may take longer.
2. DELIVERY TO YOUR SPECIFIED ADDRESS BY COURIER
Please note that the shipment will only be handed over to the recipient specified at the time of purchase.
Delivery is carried out on weekdays from 9:00 to 18:00 (It is not possible to arrange a specific delivery time, but the courier service staff will contact you before delivering the goods). Delivery is made only to the front door of the house; we kindly ask customers to arrange for the items to be brought into the house (apartment) themselves. When choosing delivery by courier, your purchased item can be delivered within 3 – 5 days after the payment has been received in our account, provided that the item is in stock.
In some cases, especially during holidays and/or for large orders, delivery may take longer.
Please also pay attention to the following conditions:
- Additional charges may apply for non-standard sized shipments, which you will see when selecting the respective courier service.
- There is a weight limit of no more than 75kg for Omniva courier deliveries.
THE EXACT DELIVERY COSTS WILL BE SHOWN DURING THE ORDER PROCESSING WHEN YOU CHOOSE THE RESPECTIVE DELIVERY SERVICE, AS DELIVERY PRICES ARE INFLUENCED BY VARIOUS FACTORS.
3. Delivery to Parcel Lockers
Orders are delivered within 2-3 working days if the item is in stock. The delivery terms for parcels are as follows:
- The total weight of ordered goods must not exceed 30 kg, and the dimensions of the packaging box must not exceed 38x64x39 cm.
- The delivery fee for any parcel locker in Latvia is 5.00 EUR.
- Upon placing and payment of the order, you will receive the item within the next 2-3 working days.
- Once the parcel is placed in the terminal, an SMS with a unique code will be sent to your designated mobile phone. Entering this code into the terminal system will automatically open the locker door containing your parcel.
Delivery may take longer during holidays or for large orders.
4. DELIVERY WITH ANOTHER SANITARY GOODS TRUCK TO YOUR SPECIFIED ADDRESS (for large purchases in the offline store).
Delivery is carried out on weekdays from 10:00 to 18:00 or on Saturdays from 10:00 to 16:00 (it is possible and necessary to agree on a specific delivery time that is convenient for you). Standard delivery is ONLY to the gate/door of a private house or the main entrance door of an apartment building*.
*if traffic rules, road surface, and dimensions allow it;
Your purchased item can be delivered within 3–5 days after the payment has been received in our account, provided that the item is in stock.
In some cases, during holidays and/or due to high order volumes, delivery may take longer.
5. FREE DELIVERY for all orders over 999€.
For delivery with CITA SANTEHNIKA truck to your specified address, please refer to point 3.
Products from www.CITASANTEHNIKA.lv can be ordered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
**IMPORTANT**
- Upon receiving your purchase, you must present a valid identification document.
- Before accepting the item and signing the delivery note in the courier's presence, visually inspect the external packaging of the product!
- Make sure to keep the delivery receipt for warranty service.
